Payment and Bookings

Please read the following information and confirm your booking by paying the required booking fee of $400. The booking fee will be applied to your invoice as a credit to the final amount owing. 

Once your booking fee is received by us, confirmation will be emailed through to you.

Terms &
Conditions

By paying your booking fee you agree to the below terms and conditions:

  • Booking fee of $400 is non-refundable and is required to secure your wedding booking.
  • Final payment is required a minimum 14 days prior to the wedding date.
  • Final numbers of hair styles and any changes to bookings are required 42 days (6 weeks) prior to the wedding date.  Full payment will be applied if any cancellations occur within this time.
  • Full payment of invoice will be required should you cancel your wedding less than 60 days from your wedding date.
  • Change of date or wedding venue: Whilst we will do everything in our power to accommodate any changes you make to your wedding date or venue after your booking has been confirmed, we cannot guarantee our availability on your new wedding date or availability for us to travel to your new venue. A travel charge may also apply to your new venue.  Please contact us before confirming any changes to your date or venue so that we can do our best to accommodate you.  If we are unable to accommodate your changes, your booking fee will be forfeited.
